Injury Rehabilitation for a client will consist of observations and testing for strengths, weaknesses, areas of pain/ stiffness and decreased mobility. The therapist and client will work collaboratively to put together a plan of exercises/ stretches that will be individualised to help with their rehabilitation.

The type of tape used will be dependent on the needs of the client and the result they wish to achieve from the taping.
