Really good session with Kirsty, lots of helpful questioning about my injury and lots of ways to support my rehab. I feel like a new woman after the massage, really feel like I'm getting back on track after my injury - thank you!!
Keelin (Figure Skater)
I was quite anxious to come see a sports therapist, but Kirsty made me feel very comfortable. She put me at ease and explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. She's an amazing therapist, would highly recommend!
Lucy (Regular Gym Goer)
After struggling with my lower back for a while, Kirsty's treatment of cupping and deep tissue massage was just what I needed. I felt so much more relaxed and loose in my back, which was such a relief - thank you so much!
